What We Install
New Machinery Installation
We install new machinery from delivery to running order: offloading, positioning onto foundations, levelling, aligning and mechanical setting to the manufacturer's specification, ready for commissioning and sign-off on your site.
Production Line Installation
Full production line installation, setting each unit in sequence and aligning conveyors, infeeds and outfeeds so the line runs as an integrated system. Ideal for greenfield builds, capacity expansions and line reconfigurations.
Machine Positioning and Alignment
Precise machine positioning, levelling and alignment to production tolerances. We shim, pack and set equipment on its base, align couplings and drives, and check geometry so plant performs accurately and reliably from day one.
How We Install Your Machinery
- Site survey and planning: We assess access, floor loadings, foundation readiness and machine weights, then produce method statements and risk assessments before any work begins.
- Delivery and positioning: We offload and move each machine into place using skates, jacking systems, gantries or cranes as the access and weight demand.
- Levelling and alignment: We set the machine on its base, shim and level to tolerance, and align drives, couplings and moving assemblies to specification.
- Services and connection: We fix down, connect the mechanical services within our scope and prepare the machine for commissioning.
- Commissioning support: We support test runs and final adjustment so the machine, or the complete line, reaches operating condition and is ready for production.
